I. Role of linkradioai

II. Notification of Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any material linked to from our Service infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a formal notification to our Designated Copyright Agent.

A. Required Elements for a Valid DMCA Notice

For your notification to be valid, it MUST substantially include the following elements, as required by Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA:

• A Physical or Electronic Signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit linkradioai.com to locate the material (The specific URL link on linkradioai.com to the allegedly infringing stream).
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

B. Important Acknowledgment for Content Owners

Please understand that by requesting the removal of a link from linkradioai.com, you are NOT removing the actual stream or audio source. You must contact the third-party stream host directly to request the permanent removal of the audio content itself. Our action is limited to removing the linking reference from our directory.

III. Takedown Protocol and Process

Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA Notice, linkradioai.com will:

1. Acknowledge the receipt of the notification via email.
2. Expeditiously remove or disable access to the identified material from our directory.
3. Notify the party who submitted the stream link (if known) that we have removed or disabled access to the material.

We are committed to processing all valid takedown requests promptly to maintain compliance with copyright law and protect the rights of content creators.

In accordance with the DMCA, linkradioai maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or radio stations who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
